EU Delivery 3-5 working days (customs dependent) when ordered Monday to Thursday before 1pm EU & Channel Islands From £20.00
Worldwide Express Delivery 6-7 working days when ordered Monday to Thursday before 4pm Rest of World From £25.00

 

We aim to send orders within 1-2 days of receiving and processing the order, Monday to Friday. Orders made at the weekend will be processed at the beginning of the following week.

All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail, International orders will be sent with UPS or similar. Please note these are approximate times, we will always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quick as possible. All deliveries will need to be signed for.

We currently ship using DDU services (Delivery Duties Unpaid) also known as DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that the buyer/receiver is responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT, handling/customs clearance fees. Please bear this in mind as the shipping costs noted below do not include any of these additional fees and they will need to be paid in order to release your items for delivery.

It is up to the customer to research the VAT and taxes and duties in their country before placing their order. If payment of any customs fees and charges are refused by the customer/receiver the order will be returned back to us and shipping costs/import fees will be deducted from your refund.

Any items placed on pre-order will be clearly marked at checkout, with an estimated despatch date from our UK Distribution Centre. Please note, this is an estimated despatch note and your actual delivery may be earlier or later than initially advised. If you are purchasing more than one item, your order will be despatched only once all items are in stock.

You can cancel a pre-order up to the point at which your order is despatched from our UK Distribution centre by contacting our customer care team. When your pre-ordered items have been despatched from our UK Distribution centre we will send you a confirmation email with your courier tracking number and link to the couriers web site. You can check the status of your order online at any time at My Account.
