SAMSHIELD HELMET SIZE GUIDE

1. Circle and measure in cm the largest part of the skull with a soft tape measure, please tie long hair in a low pony tail when measuring to ensure the correct measurement is taken.
2. Once you have your measurement you can determine the shell and liner size you will require for your helmet.
3. Make sure to select your complementary liner after you have selected your shell size.
