Conor Moore, founder and CEO of Moore Equestrian Ltd, is a 28 year old show jumper with a passion for equestrian competition and fashion.

Born in Jersey, Channel Islands it was there he began competing initially at entry level and progressed from there. Conor got taste for higher-level competitions abroad and began training on mainland UK. From there he progressed from amateur level to CSI 2* competitions and his string of horses grew larger along with his love for the sport.

With a strong family passion for fashion both in and out of sport, Conor always strove to look good both on and off horses. Fascinated by the fashion retailers at competitions, Conor soon found himself working for an Italian equestrian clothing company. Conor brought a passion for the brand and the valuable insight that competitors wanted to look and feel great whilst riding.

Building strong and long lasting connections in the UK and across Europe, Conor quickly realised that a sector of the riding market that was not being fully catered for—in the equestrian community there were few clothing retailers that satisfied the needs of male riders and equestrian enthusiasts.

Conor had the initial idea of opening a shop that could fill the gap in the market and Moore Equestrian was born. The brand is aimed at discerning male riders who are looking for beautifully designed apparel that functions brilliantly across all competitions.

The aspiration for Moore Equestrian is to create not just an online brand but an experience — a retail space with the feel of a Gentlemen’s Club, where male riders and equestrian enthusiasts can come to shop and feel welcome and comfortable and be part of a real community. The ultimate ambition for Moore is a place where any male rider can be kitted out from top to tail.

Conor’s great passion for the equestrian lifestyle and his love for competition, horses and retail are at the heart of the Moore Equestrian brand.
